All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days after processing.


International Shipping

 

 

International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days after processing.

 

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • Carrier issues
  • Weather
  • Customs processing
  • Incorrect shipping addresses


Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery is out of our control.


Incorrect Address / Lost Packages

 

 

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

 

We are not responsible for:


  • Packages sent to the wrong address
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered


If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
